Job Description
- Manage financial/non-financial transactions (e.g., cash deposits/withdrawals, local/foreign remittances, utility bills, outflow clearing, cash classification, payment orders, fund transfers etc.) at the assigned branch.
- Ensure proper processing and preparation of vouchers related to day-to-day operational activities of the branch while ensuring compliance with Bank/SBP regulations.
- Ensure close of cash counter in ATM at the end of the day with complete reconciliation with a cash balance in the core banking system and balance of physical cash inventory in vault and ATM.
- Provide efficient and practical support to customers to meet their transaction needs, focusing on transaction accuracy and reduced response time.
- Ensure familiarity and compliance with any changes in regulatory requirements by regularly reviewing Bank and SBP circulars/notifications.
- Maintain effective and regular interaction with central operations departments to resolve any transaction issues and ensure efficient processing of customer transactions.
- Ensure screening/verification of customer identity during the transaction process and enter correct customer details in the system.
- Manage the physical movement of cash to/from the branch vault in conjunction with security companies approved by the bank.
